St. Francis Library

Smallest of the Anoka County Libraries, this is a cozy spot. I came for a library offering: Walking Book Club. It is a small area but friendly. Occasionally a child will get excited about the legos or a book and not be totally quiet-it’s too small an area so hard to be “library quiet”. Small parking lot but offers a bike rack, bike locks & fix-it bike station.

Small but perfect for spending time with your kids, enjoying books.

Could use more adult romance books

The people that work here, talk so loud, they just stand around and talk, it’s hard to concentrate on what I am doing. Other library’s, workers seem to be more respectful by keeping their conversations more quiet

I came in to get a book and tried to speak with the librarian to find the book. The adults in the library were talking so loudly I couldn't hear her. Not sure if it was the manager talking or patrons. Either way, I've never been in a library that so disrespects the rules. I won't return.
