Dairy Queen

I had the absolute BEST service at this DQ in Saint Francis! I called two DQs to see if there was any way I could get two cakes - one that looked like a spongebob theme (I would add my own spongebob decor) and something that looked dinosaur themed. Well, the first DQ told me I could come the day of and look in their front display case and hope for good things. But this DQ in Saint Francis went above and beyond! The worker went through and found two cakes that would work, and she said that she could add a dinosaur to one and possibly the writing if it fit as well. To my utter delight and surprise, these were the cakes that I picked up!! She did an amazing job and even made the second cake Spongebob themed! I wish I had remembered her name because she deserves the biggest shout-out. Thank yo

November 2024: The best of the best Dairy Queens around. Today, my pup got her pup cup, and DQ was offering a small piece of their wonderful cakes!! My pup and I left on a sugar high!! This is by far the best Dairy Queen that my family has frequented over the years. Whether we go inside, or order through the drive-thru, the service is exceptional and friendly. They may not have as many food options, but that comes with being small and more personable. I appreciate knowing that I can pop into this DQ and get everything and more than what I ordered.

Not the type of person to leave a bad review but I ordered a cookie dough blizzard, they didn’t put any cookie dough in it at all, not a single one and you couldn’t feel one with a spoon at the bottom at all. I asked them nicely if they could put some cookie dough In it and showed them the receipt showing I ordered cookie dough, and they looked and me and started laughing as if I was stupid or something, they told me it’d be extra and it ended up being another $2 extra on top and they have a sign up right in the front saying that “they promise to make it right” I’m not a mean person by any means but it’s just kind of funny how they think that it’s ok to do that just to save a couple of bucks of toppings

Waited 15 min.to order in drive through. Got a small instead of med hot fudge sundae. The 2 plain hotdogs took 10 min. And busterbar. The only problem was the hotdogs were cold..and I mean cold. The sundae was a melted mess. I had 3 people dealing with my order during the time of about 15 min at the window. We're at about 30 min for $14 worth of crap food. YOU GOTTA DO BETTER IT'S RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Came in for a quick ice cream and ended up getting it free for teacher appreciation week! How awesome. The staff was great and my smores blizzard was just what I wanted!
