St. Charles City-County Library, Middendorf-Kredell Branch

This library is beautiful. It's been probably 10 years since I was there last and I was so surprised at how massive and beautiful the Children's Library is! The tunnel is my daughter's favorite part. There are tons of dramatic play options, an extensive book collection, and DVDs! The best part is the programming. There are many authors meetings, book chats, children's classes and more. The main library is great too and the librarians are so resourceful. I really appreciate the large seasonal display! I can always find my next read! Great job! We can't wait to make this a regular weekly stop!

I have been coming to this library for over 15 years and I absolutely love it! It is always clean, the staff is amazingly helpful and kind and they always have a wide selection of books. I also really like that I can use my library card to digitally check out books. Not to mention, they have all kinds of other things to check out... cake pans, video games, movies and more! There really is something for everybody! I love that there is even a kids and teen section. A safe free place that is good for all ages and all people.

The St. Charles City-County Library is so unbelievably well ran. They have an amazing selection of books. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. And today I saw some fishing poles on a pillar. The library has fishing poles you can check out!

Great kids area! Has a little enclosed space for the real little ones
