Terrible quality. There are plenty of great reviews and photos of amazing looking sugar cookies they have done - ours turned out looking like a 5 year old iced them. Some broken. Inspiration photo I sent does not reflect finished product either. We will not be returning.

I ordered these cookies for a work open house. First of they were super cute and exactly what I had asked for to go with the theme. Secondly the cookies are delicious! The cookie was perfectly soft and the icing was just enough sweetness. They were a huge hit and highly recommend Jackie and her cookies!

I can’t say enough good things about The Cookie Box! The custom cookies were absolutely stunning—almost too beautiful to eat (but I’m glad I did, because they were delicious). The attention to detail was incredible. Communication was smooth, pickup was easy, and the cookies were packaged so carefully. I’ll definitely be ordering again for every special occasion. Highly recommend! 🍪❤️‍🔥

Pre-Ordered sets of football theme cookies to bring to a SuperBowl party. The cookies themselves were amazing- great taste, fresh baked and soft, and decorated perfectly for the superbowl team. The only problem was trying to hide these awesome cookies from my family before leaving. Showed up to party with way less cookies than I started with :)

Cookies are delicious and so cute! Second time ordering from here for a "Grandma to bee" shower and they were such a hit! Also ordered Paw Patrol cookies for my son's birthday party and everyone loved them!
