Worst shipping company ever! It is now 2/26/26 and my husband shipped a barrel with them since the second week of November and nobody knows what happened to the barrel we've called numerous times only to call back next week and that is when they answered because they usually don't. When my husband told the receptionist that the next call would be from his attorney her response was "we hear that all the time "

I waited 3 weeks to give this review! I’ve used this company before with minimal issues and while I understand that they have a lot of boxes to pick up and distributed due to the hurricane relief (understandable) but this was getting out of hand. We waited 2 weeks for a driver to drop off our box to Coconut Creek. My husband and I called quite frequently through out the week and nothing but lies so we decided to buy our own box from another company. A week after we still haven’t heard from SSMC so my husband decided to stop by the office to collect his $35 for the box but they then promised again that they will pick up the following day so he agreed and they said they would apply that $35 to the fee. We’re still here waiting patiently after 4 days and still nothing. I just called the offic

Sharon is very knowledgeable along with her Port St. Lucie crew. They are very calm even when as a client I get on their bad side. As to Sharon her favorite statement " keep calm we will get it done" Thanks for all you guys do. Kudos to the drivers and their assistance always polite and helpful

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I’ve used this company to send things for my niece( I was just dropping off) and she have always warned me of how rude and disrespectful their office representatives are especially in Jamaica, but she got her items despite of so I braved it and tried them to ship my items for the first time. Oh boy I blame myself. They don’t know nothing! Every question? The answer is we don’t know. First of all to get a question answered I have to drive to the west park location. IF THEY DO PICK UP THE PHONE YOU ARE LEFT ON HOLD FOR LONG A LENGTH OF TIME AND THEN, NOTHING. I TESTED THEM MYSELF BY DRIVING THERE AND CALLING FROM OUTSIDE THEIR PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED THAT DAY, when I came through the door I asked the lady are the phones working? It seems like you guys are probably overwhelmed

We got there at 8:40 and someone said, they open at 9:30. We waited and got in at 9:30 and nobody was at the desk. Someone came from the back and said a young lady should be here by 10. Another guy called the young lady to ask where she was and that people have been here waiting for a long time. We have been here for over an hour and a half. Then when someone shows up, they are helpful but have no idea the guidelines on how to do the transaction we wanted. I hope this is a one off experience for them because they seem like good people but the operations is just disorganized, inconsiderate of customer’s time and in need of improved professionalism.
