Dangerous food prep. Do not eat here! Raw chicken served to my 9 month pregnant wife. Can’t even call them to complain. Phone is busy. Entire order for $100 was screwed up. Salad for $20, no dressing included so can’t eat tit. Wings under cooked, boneless wings were raw!!! Shut this place down!!!

If you are looking for the best pizza in the UConn area, Square Peg Pizzeria is an absolute must-visit! Located right in Downtown Storrs, it has quickly become my go-to spot for an incredible wood-fired pie and a great vibe. The menu is much more than your standard pizzeria. I highly recommend the "Oh Honey" or the "Figgy Piggy" if you want something unique, but even their classic pepperoni is top-tier with a perfectly chewy, charred crust. Stopped in for quick snack after moving my junior into her apartment. Our server was fine, very pleasant and attentive. We ordered the calamari app and a couple salads with chicken. The calamari was just OK, quite a bit heavier than we expected, but I'll chalk that up to a preference thing. The salads however, were terrible. The roast chicken was OK, but both salads (a ceasar and a beet) were just so soggy we just couldn't get them down. The beet salad did not have many beets, and somehow there was a potato chip in it! Being very tired and just wanting to get back home after a long morning of moving, we just took our leftovers and left. We won't be eating them. I just didn't have the energy to complain at the time. $60 plus tip for 2 people with no drinks is a steep bill. Feels even steep

Square Peg in Storrs is an excellent spot for dinner. I’ve been there a few times and have always had a great experience, especially with Lindsey as my server, she was incredibly attentive and helpful. The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere, whether you’re celebrating a birthday or just enjoying a casual dinner with friends. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!!

Food especially during happy hour is the best bang for the buck in the UConn area. Marina provides great service and provides a friendly atmosphere, very professional servers in general but she is most notable in my opinion. Food off happy hour menu is good as well for full price options still great bang for the buck. Overall great place, great food, great service.
