Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. To start I walked in and the whole place is covered in water with water coming from the roof onto all the utensils. Then the lady tells us that they are out of half of the food that they offer, given it’s a 7:30pm on a Saturday. The food was bland and cold, The soda was flat, everything was a miss. They are understaffed and careless. The manager had zero care in the world. Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had, ruined my night.

My first and last time going to Chipotle. It was the most unsanitary food establishment I've ever been to. The department of public health needs to visit this place... No forks, no salsa not a clean table in the place. Such a disappointment

I have never left a review for a restaurant before, nor do I ever intend to do so again - hence my making of an email for the sole purpose of leaving this one review. I hold the opinion that typically bad experiences at restaurants are not of the fault of those who you are actually interacting with (bad food, slow service, etc.). Today was a completely different story. I went to get lunch at Chipotle. The first speed bump was that they were out of black beans. No big issue - I did not mind waiting a few minutes and letting people go in front of me while the new batch finished up. I went there earlier today. I had ordered earlier on the app for the drive through. I arrived in the drive through and had to wait 40 minutes for my food to come. I was told there was a system issue. While I completely understand the situation and understand how that can cause issues. However, I then received my food and found it was cold and the rice was hard and uncooked. This was after my name was asked multiple times, and saw that the bag for my food was then pulled off the shelf near the window. I find it unacceptable for me having to wait for food for 40 minutes that seemingly was left on a shelf for a while after repeating my name twice over a span of 15-20 minutes. I worked in food service for almost a decade and let me tell you, I have never seen such a train wreck of a restaurant. The restaurant was absolutely trashed, but workers were just kind of milling about. They definitely had enough people to send someone to refill items or take out the trash, but they weren't. They were out of several items on the line. Had no chicken. Only a little bit of steak and carnitas left (like literally getting the scraps out of the pans to complete orders), only one sauce, and no veggies. The employees were like zombies and borderline rude. They were acting like it was an inconvenience to speak to us like: Just said "just so you know, we don't have this and we don't have any of that either".
