Squam Lake Inn

We were recently on a 10 day road trip, and the Inn quickly became our favorite stop. Out of all the places we visited, the Inn stood out in every possible way. The owners were sweet, kind and hard working. You can truly feel how much they love what they do, and the warmth fills the entire property. The Inn is beautifully cared for. It was inviting and full of charm. Our room was immaculate and comfortable. The bedding was the best I've had in all our years of travelling. The restaurant was so delicious we ended up eating there two nights in a row. Great staff, and great vibes all around. Squam Lake Inn is one of those rare places where everything feels right. We left already hoping to come back.

We loved everything about our stay last week. The staff is wonderful, first class, and the decor is beautiful and very comfortable.We loved the coffee and treats in the morning and delicious breakfast! Also loved sitting on the porch and having blankets available for the chilly night air, It was like being at home. The linens and beds were very comfortable. The food is amazing. The restaurant itself is considered one of the best in the area so make reservations early. And you can also walk to a marketplace and a very nice restaurant on the water. We will definitely come back.

The staff were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. The room was very clean and comfortable but not glamorous, reminding us of old New Hampshire. The food and drinks were superb and I loved our breakfasts. Delicious. We will definitely revisit this inn and restaurant.

The Squam Lake Inn is a true gem. The rooms are charming, immaculate and have the nicest linens. Not only is the inn magical, the restaurant is top tier. The owner, Molly, is so welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in the White Oak room and the attention to detail is remarkable. One of our favorite places on our 2 week trip. Wonderful stay at the Squam Lake Inn. We only spent one night to visit the Ice Castles, but wished we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable rooms, outstanding dinner and a wonderful breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Thank you!
