Spur Cross Inn Bed & Breakfast

Truly a wonderful place to stay. Carolyn (owner) was absolutely fabulous! The bed was very comfortable, the studio was unique. Loved that it had a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot. My husband and I stayed for our 22nd wedding anniversary. The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus 💜 Carolyn also invited us to her outdoor church (cowboy acoustic style), non-domanational, cowboy attire or as you are. People brought their dogs, too. It was awesome! Grateful for the invitation 💕 This place is a southern rustic style with great views of the desert and mountains. Highly recommend staying...the energy there is something to be experienced ✨️

The room was spacious, with a fire place, comfortable bed and a large bathroom that had a shower and spa tub. Along the north facing wall were two windows the looked over a dry river bed and out to mountains. We never closed the curtains to keep the view in sight. Even at night. The interior of the room looked like it was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright (perhaps is the other way around). It included a fireplace, a dining table and in place seating around the fireplace.||The owner, Caroline, has just the right amount of friendly engagement and respect for privacy so that one feels welcome but owns the privacy of space.]|Restaurants and shopping are close by as are trails to hike/walk with huge Saguaro Cactus along the trails. ||Just a wonderful experience.

The Spur Cross Inn is a delight. Beautifully and creatively decorated, comfy, and homey. The owner, Caroline, is a wonderful host--friendly and helpful, but also respectful of your privacy. This B and B offers a tranquil setting, beautiful and cozy rooms, and convenient setting. We can't wait to return.

Our hostess, Carolyn, made us feel welcomed from the get go. Our room was comfy and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains and Saguaro cactus (so many and so tall!) which we've only seen on TV westerns. Her establishment is a peaceful hideaway from all the hustle and bustle of Cave Creek and we look forward to staying there in a couple of years.

I've been staying at the Spur Cross for nearly 20 years. Carolyn is an incredible host and always whips up a great breakfast which always includes fresh fruit and usually something homemade. The rooms are very comfortable with a great view out the window of the Southwest landscape. It's the only place I stay when I'm in the area. Great restaurants are close by. 5 Stars!
