Barbecue Rescue 911

Bbq rescue was able to fit me in their schedule quickly even though I’m outside their service area. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! The only issue is their communication can be off but I would still definitely use them again and recommend them. They installed a new push button starter for $79 & the cleaning was $289. They service fire pits as well. My grill is sparkling clean and I can’t wait to use it!

We just used BBQ Rescue to clean several grills - 2 charcoal Webers, Propane Weber and a Grandhall Grill. Ted and his staff did an AMAZING job on making them look like new again. The Grandhall wasn't working at all and he brought it back to it's full glory! He is fair, honest and showed up on time. Service was above and beyond. Very good communications. We'll definitely use him again!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ted and Beata. Ted worked incredible magic on my “dead “ 20+ year old Fire Magic gas grill. He transformed it into a brand new grill with all new stainless steel insides. Ted picked up, transformed, and returned my grill within a week. Then, he came back a month later to install it once my new patio was finished. In addition, three months later, when I was having trouble lighting it, he came all the way back out and spent two hours (in 110 degree heat) making sure it was perfect. And, he sent me a video showing me exactly what to do. The customer service throughout my entire experience has been A++.
