Sprout House Vegan Vegetarian Food Truck

My to-go place when in Asbury Park. Food was really tasty and healthy. Absolutely love it! The place has a vibrant outdoors atmosphere with a beach view. There are tables in the areas where you can sit when not too crowded. 💯 recommended!

My 2 non vegan friends and I had great food here. We went back 3 times! Located right by the boardwalk, you can relax at picnic tables and enjoy the view while you eat. The oyster mushroom sandwich was my favorite. It takes a while to get your food, but who’s in a rush at the beach?

Awesome food truck right on the Asbury boardwalk! We had the hot maple oyster mushroom sandwich and the vegan Thai curry peanut bowl, and both were great. There are several other food trucks here and picnic tables with umbrellas to sit at.

The hot maple fried oyster is great! Rivals the oyster sandwich at Cadence in NYC. I’ll be back to see Sam every time I visit Asbury Park!

I had the farmhouse egg sandwich and it was amazing! Just the food truck I was looking for. Walked the whole boardwalk and wouldn’t settle until something really caught my eye. It was well worth it! The wait was not long, and I didn’t mind because it was so fresh and great quality! You thank you for sharing your expertise with us! Yum!
