Spring City

Nice little place for takeout. I got steamed dumplings and roast pork egg foo young ($15 and some change total). The dumpling sauce was slightly sweeter than most. While I prefer the traditional ones more, this was a nice change up. I liked the gravy for the egg foo young. The food itself is average when compared to the ones nearby in Jackson. Staff was friendly, the prices were nice, and the wait time was not bad at all.

We got sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour had absolutely no flavor, the chicken was really dry and the fried rice was gross. Crab rangon was ok. We tried to stomach it but ended up throwing away. I used to go here back in the early 2000's and it was pretty good, as off August 2025 it is absolutely horrible. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Only Take Out at this location, and it was the WORST Chinese food I have EVER had!! I feel sorry for the people of Brooklyn having only this place for Chinese. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Pictures are from what was left…chicken was DRY & OVERCOOKED. Egg Roll was frozen. Beef Fried rice was fried rice. I picked all the beef out which was minimal. As you can tell by the picture it was ALL rice. Never again. They still have covid glass up, seems to be Take out only.

Food is consistently on point. They have nothing to prove. It is what it is, and it's always good. Can order to go online so don't need to call, the lady there is nice and the entire staff is efficient and quick with the orders. Not anywhere to really sit down and eat so gotta say no on atmosphere, but definitely grateful this place is here.

I tried their food for the first time yesterday and I was very disappointed. I got lo mein and General Tsao chicken. The lo mein was mushy and tasted fishy, I got chicken lo mein, and then the chicken was overcooked and tasteless. I actually threw it all away. However, it was very clean. And the woman at checkout was very nice. I will not go back.
