I ordered firecracker shrimp and it was disappointing and underwhelming. It was just soaked in sweet BBQ sauce. Our waiter agreed and had it get remade. Which was great of him, 2nd time it came out it was still the same sauce with a little baby kick of spice and less shrimp. Its not the same as it was 6 months ago or so, where it was made with buffalo sauce or something to make u take a drink after.

Been having date night and or occasions here for nearly a decade- very special place! Was grateful for Sara C taking care of me and my forever best friend- and everyone else that came to see her and visit! Wondered food and atmosphere and friends! Sara did amazing (as usual!) thank you!

We really enjoy this restaurant and we went back to Monticello because of it. The Lakeview, the food and the service is just very good. It is not fancy but totally enjoyable. We always order fish because well just because it's the best!

They have a really delicious breaded tenderloin along with some excellent mozzarella bread bites. Nice atmosphere with view overlooking the water . Waitress was pretty attentive. However, it was not mentioned if you got anything but chips it was extra and she also did not mention it was extra to have cheese on the wrap. We will still go back in the area . We just have to remember you get charged extra for certain things .

Prime rib melts in your mouth. We sat with our table facing the river. Staff was good. Food was excellent. We went early around 3pm, parking was easy, not very busy and the view was great. Definitely worth the trip.
