Incredible food with recipes very similar to Thai cuisine! The ingredients are fresh, and the flavor profiles are spot on, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. One of my new top picks when I'm in the mood for Thai or Laotian food. What is Laotian food? In some way, it's like imagining a more authentic version of Thai food, where flavors and ingredients tilt towards more intense parts of the scale of your palette. So when we're in the mood to veer away from the experience offered by the typical Thai dishes, we'll go for Laotian food. Absolutely incredible experience at Spicy Lao Vegas! The food was so authentic and full of rich, bold Lao flavors. I had a bite of the mee kra tee and instantly got emotional — my daughter and I actually started crying because it tasted exactly like my mom’s version. That’s how real and nostalgic it was. We ordered: Mee kra tee Kao pad chicken Yum talay Lao sausage (the owner kindly gave it to us on the house) Thai green tea & regular green tea Everything was delicious — perfectly balanced between creamy, spicy, and umami. I highly recommend this place to adventurous food lovers who appreciate authentic Southeast Asian flavors. Lao food has a funky, savory depth that not everyone knows about, but once you try it, you’ll be hooked.

Spicy Lao Vegas is such a clean and cute spot! My husband is Lao and I’ve been enjoying Lao food for over 20 years, so I had to give this place a try. I’ve been to a few Lao restaurants in Vegas, and this one definitely stands out. We ordered a variety of dishes — the Lao sausage was absolutely delicious, the crab fried rice was solid, and the papaya bomb had great flavor. The Lao beef jerky and fried chicken weren’t my favorites (I’ve had better elsewhere), and the larb was good but not the best I’ve had. That said, overall this is still one of the best Lao restaurants in Vegas. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu!

I just spent $100 here on one meal. I literally waited INSIDE of the restaurant for them to finish my order and instead of just telling me they were out of something, they packaged some random food that I don’t even see on the menu and hid it at the bottom of the bag. So I get all the way home, 45 minutes away and discover it when I finally sit down to eat. That is terrible business and extremely dishonorable. That must be why as soon as my food was given to me the cook ran outside for a break. They didn’t want to deal with me discovering it at the restaurant. Sad thing about it was, I was excited for my food so I didn’t even check the bag before leaving. I just took the order and said thank you so much and left. Never again! Shame on them! So disgusting I’ll be calling my bank in the morn

Tried a cozy little Lao restaurant in Henderson today called Spicy Lao Vegas. The place feels just like home — warm and welcoming! We had Nam Khao Tod and Boat Noodle Soup, both were super delicious 😋 The manager, Long, was so friendly. Definitely a new favorite spot I’ll come back to again! 💕🍜✨
