SpeedX - Flower Mound

I've talked with the staff here, and other places. "Flower Mound" on your tracking is the main sorting hub for this area. They do SOME local deliveries, but this is the last KNOWN location update you will probably get on your tracking. Most packages are then going to smaller, unlisted hubs like Grapevine/Boyd/Weatherford etc. These will NOT show on tracking because even the Flower Mound staff don't know where they are. They don't know, and wont be able to give you an address, because your actual local delivery is done by contracted couriers (small business couriers near you/ mom&pop) Your packages could be in a smaller warehouse, a rental storage unit, or someone's garage/shed. Completely disappointed ! I ordered 2 items which was never delivered!I tried many times to contact with them but nobody helped me. They just vanished with my products. They didn't take any attempt to resolve the problem. Whenever I tried to check the update about delivery. They only showed delivery has been rescheduled but actually they didn't take a single attempt to deliver products.

I'm going to give "this company" 2 stars!! But there's a lady who works there (Flower Mound location) who I would love to give 5 stars ⭐ named "Rosy" who helped me with getting my package. She and another young lady who's name I don't remember were more than helpful, I would advise to anyone to go up there ( please be respectful) if you're having a issue!💯

Honestly this company does not even deserve a star. There is always a problem with the delivery to my home. Its crazy how every other delivery company can find my address but speed x can not.

I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. My package has been sitting at the same location for weeks, and I still have no clear answer on whether it’s lost or just severely delayed. To make matters worse, the only support option available is an AI chat box, which has not been helpful in resolving this issue. The items I ordered were meant for a special celebration that has now passed without them arriving.
