Zio Al's Pizza & Pasta - Flower Mound

Amazing server! Great food, the pizza was so cheesy and delicious. Most importantly, great atmosphere and amazing restaurant.

No better or worse than most national pizza chains. For all the 5 star reviews I thought I would try it. Not a lot of flavor in the supreme pizza. Asked for no mushrooms still got them, asked for extra crispy definitely got that. Pizza top came out a little burnt. Over all not horrible but nothing that would make me go back. This is a update to my first review. The manager/owner reached out personally and asked what they could do to improve the rating. I liked that I got a response from them so quickly. I ordered another pizza on Monday and a different one and it was good. They reached back out and asked how it was this time around. I gave them honest feed back, fresh, hot but I am not a fan of the pizza sauce. Is the pizza a five - not in my opinion however are they taking this very seri

I love this place already, they just opened today and I am already a fan... The pizza is top notch, they make the dough fresh daily, they've got super fresh ingredients, and the service is awesome, Not to mention the wings are fire! You guys definitely need to check out this spot!

This was my second time ordering from Zio’s. The first time I was pleased with my carry out order. My only complaint was that the pizza wasn’t very hot when I picked it up, but the flavor was there! We decided to give Zio’s another try and same thing—pizza wasn’t hot when we picked it up (we even got there a little early and had to wait, so it wasn’t a timing issue). Also, this time the pizza was overwhelmingly greasy, to the point the crust was super soggy, except for the edges that were overdone—they became incredibly chewy. Think wet cardboard. We really wanted to love this pizza, but over all it’s a big disappointment. Not worth the price at all.

The pizza was really good. I recommend the pepperoni alfredo and the spinach ricotta pizza! Service was amazing and I would definitely come back with my girl friend!
