Special Scoops Ice Cream Parlor

Love this ice cream shop! The staff is so friendly! The scoops are huge and there are so many flavors and toppings to choose from! Wish we lived closer!

Wonderful flavors of icecream at a great price . Perfect for a hot day.

Ice cream was fine but service was strange, it wasn’t busy at all but everyone seemed frantic and frazzled. Was given the wrong item, the guys behind the counter were not friendly and needed help but the lady at the front just yelled back to them instead of actually helping them.

Update: The owner made sure her employees understood ADA rights and we were able to go in, although the cashier prohibited my child with the dog from approaching the counter, and attempted to ask for his papers. Anyway, the ice cream was delicious, and the young man behind the ice cream was extremely friendly. ****** If you are with a disabled person who has a service dog, they will refuse service. This is actually against the law, but she refused to listen and was actually very mean about it.
