Spaghet Red Sauce Joint

It was our first time. Did not know what to expect. The article that was written about the restaurant made it sound like it was a takeout only operation and we got there and found a large wonderful dining room warmly lit beautiful looking service line open kitchen concept did not wait weight staff was quick professional we had the shrimp, scampi garlic bread and I had the spaghetti era beta, which is a spicy chili infused sauce and I wanted some extra sausage on it and it was huge quite a large portion with the sausage we got two orders of cannolis to go. Cannolis were very fresh and delicious. Had a hint of lemon. In the cannoli so anyways it’s not just a takeout restaurant. You can get takeout but it’s a fine place to just go in and sit and hang out and have dinner. They have an espresso

Wow, just wow and yes....we don't get out much😁 We tried this new pasta spot in Williston and it’s a gem. You can really taste the difference with the local ingredients—everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully done. Prices are super fair for the quality, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Love seeing a local place doing it right. We’ll definitely be back! If you understand the concept of this restaurant you will not be disappointed. It is not fancy. It is a true Italian diner, meant to be straightforward and expected. We loved it. I had a perfectly thinly fried eggplant parm sandwich with fresh mozzarella on delish bread and my daughter had a $6 meatball and spaghetti. The sauce is EXACTLY what real Italian red sauce should be. This is not Toscano. We ate well, fast and affordably and will be back! The desserts looked fun too. The space and music is fun!

Good garlic bread and panini sandwich.Chicken parm dish was not bad, good sauce but chicken was overdone (really dark). Did not see lasagna on the menu. They only serve wine, beer and hard cider. No cocktails.
