Soyo Korean Restaurant

It's been years since my last visit. Glad we stopped by at this location. It was very late at night and I wanted Korean Kimchi Soup. You don't get too much interaction with the servers. When you're seated they give you your water, ban chan and you place your order on the tablet. Food: Kimchi Stew with pork Steamed Dumplings The stew is the best I've ever had. The flavor was a bit sweet and it was perfect in spice. A lot of pork meat. The ban chan was also delicious. Overall, great spot and I'll return again.

Soyo in Las Vegas had tasty Korean-style side dishes and good anju like gopchang hot pot, half & half chicken, and tteokbokki. It felt more like a pub than a typical Korean restaurant, but the food was enjoyable and it was a nice spot to spend a Friday night out. Kimchi was not my favorite 🥹

This place left me absolutely speechless. I love Korean food, & have tried various locations across CA & have never experienced Korean food quite like Soyo’s. Let me tell you, everything is worth trying… their cheesy pork katsu udon is rich in flavor & the noodles are rightfully chewy, 10/10. Their Rosé tteokbokki coupled with perfectly al dente glass noodles, fishcake, sausage, & boiled egg… creamy, heavenly, 11/10. The best tteokbokki I’ve ever eaten. Garlic soy fried wings, 9/10. Crisp, flavorful. The mala wings, not my favorite only because of the sauce. Fishcake gimbap, 8/10. Texture & variety on par. Blood sausage was okay, 6/10. Army stew - classic, 7/10. Soyo is definitely one of the best Korean restaurants located in the south west. They’re open late and provide a great variety of Korean food and drinks. Common go to dishes I’d suggest is bossam, samgyupsal if you want anything pork. Any of the Korean fried chickens will be good you just have to pick a flavor you like. They have a variety of options from traditional Korean Soups to simple Korean fried chicken. This is a great place to come to with a group of friends as they can both accomodate large groups inside and outside. I’ve come here for quite a while and have seen the menu change quite a bit, but either way this is still a great place to eat and drink. The service is always good whenever I come here. I even haven’t came for a few months and they still recognized me. Definitely

Went there today at an off time so I was the only customer. The waiter took my order quickly and the food was fine. Problem was he forgot my beverage, hot tea. I had to remind him (strike one). When he brought it it was tepid, not hot (strike two). So they lost two stars and a potential future customer. There are literally 2 other Korean restaurants within spitting distance of this place, let alone the numerous other Korean restaurants in town, including a Soyo that's nearer to my home.
