The new cashier fails in customer service. Second star for good selections; otherwise, they’ve declined to a one-star customer service rating.

I had an awful experience. I called in advance to ask about a product, they told me they had it in stock. Yet when I arrived , after driving a long distance they simply told me , it wasn’t available. They are very expensive and Truly they lack customer service , I would not recommend ever coming here. Awful for being local. So unreliable.

Very friendly and helpful. If I couldn’t find it on my own, they lead me exactly to what I was looking for. Prices are also a plus.

Hello, Do you have spillage pans? Yes. Good, I'm coming in... They don't have any spillage pans. They can order them, be in tomorrow. Opps, Sorry, our guy "forgot" to pick them up. Be here Monday. On Tuesday I go in and the Stainless Steel Pans I ordered from Winco came in as aluminum pans from a different manufacturer. On my way out the guy comments, but we ordered them special for you! Good luck with that, your incompetent! I waited a whole week for these pans only to get nothing but the ole "Bait and Switch" Buyer beware!

This store has really good prices, lots of merchandise, and is local. If you cook at home (or at a restaurant) check this place out. The items are commercial grade and should last a lifetime for household use. They sell to the public also. Go by and check them out.
