Southside Deli

I have reviewed delis in a few states. I come from downstate NY . So my influences are probably some of the best delis in the country. This Little gem in Western New York is a beacon of light for a guy who loves great delis. The bakery case was full of all your traditional sides such as antipasto, potato salad, and other staple NY deli items. Excellent assortment of cakes and cannolis, and every item you would be craving for a true NY deli. Great bread, generous portions of quality meats and cheeses. Just a really great experience. Great job guys and I will most definitely recommend and your establishment. Thank you for great food and great service next time I travel from Texas to New York, you will definitely be on the bucket list

Took a star off since it can look a bit intimidating on the outside. When I walked it I was greeted by a few of the employees and they helped me navigate my order. It was a small shop with all of the essentials you might need. A small case had, what looked like, hand made pastries. The service was quick and efficient and the food was tasty. Wish the pickle that was included with the sub was a bit more substantial. If you are looking for a quick and simple place for a sandwich, I would highly recommend

Fantastic. Carried my order out to my car. Too bad the snow was so bad I had a garden time parking and getting in and out. Not all their problem.

This unassuming deli is making some delicious subs! We were looking for a solid lunch to eat during the eclipse viewing, so we picked up an Italian sub. The bread was so fresh and all of the ingredients were high quality. The staff went out of their way to point out their list of signature subs to us and made the sandwich quickly. I was eyeing the desserts they had in the case - next time I’m up here I’ll definitely have to grab a brownie!

Great little NY deli feel when you walk in is fun, and the service was fine. My Italian sub was not. The meat was scant at best, and the sub really was not well-assembled...given the long standing existence of this establishment, I was quite surprised. I am also not a fan of the sub roll...I find it is far too soft and not really the type of roll that is appropriate for a sub. Most sub have a slightly harder outer crust and this would be preferable as well as more common. I will not go back.
