The food was great! The fried chicken was cooked fresh per order. I drove for 45 minutes just to eat there. I hadn't visited since before Covid when they had a buffet. I was disappointed they no longer had it but the food didn't disappoint. They're a little heavy on the salt as a seasoning but otherwise the food was very tasty. The prices are very reasonable. Lower than the prices of chain restaurants and the food is much better. I look forward to going back.

Amazing service amazing food at an amazing price! I had the barbecue sandwich and it was awesome and the waitress was awesome and the chef even brought out the food and asked if we liked it. I cannot wait to go back it was amazing and it tasted so good!! Absolutely recommend

Great food, home-like atmosphere. I don't think I've ever tasted food as home cooked and delicious in a very long time. I had the fried chicken and bbq combo which i picked fried okra and mashed potatoes and gravy for the sides. Even though the waiter accidently gave me green beans for a side they were quick to bring me out the mashed potatoes instead. Everything tasted so good. Also enjoyed the sweet tea. My husband had the catfish which was gone fast, it was so good, the coating was amazing. I really liked my fried okra. Great vibe! I'm glad they offer a lot of other options besides just bbq. Keep up the good work and spread the good word!

Great food! Fried chicken was crispy and juicy. Hush puppies, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, potato salad - all yum. Burnt ends sandwich top notch. Best bbq sauce around. Will absolutely stop again next time through!

Awesome BBQ, slaw, fries, Brunswick stew, and hushpuppies! Real good food and atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and nice. No loud music, so you can hear yourself think and have a quiet conversation with family. This place exceeded my expectations! Will be returning.
