The blonde haired gentleman with the sleeve tattoo knows how to make a sub! Everything was perfectly proportional from my sauces to the meat, cheese and all my additives. Went in there on my lunch break and the service was friendly and my order was served with a smile. I wish I got his name to give him a better shout-out, but it's was Thursday Oct 30th around 115 pm. Will be back!

Ordered three sandwiches. First two had almost raw bread. Third one was a “giant” one that two people were going to share. The roast beef is so rare it leaked meat juice all over the bottom bread. Basically inedible. Also we ordered our sandwiches with the rosemary bread, all of them were on white bread. Won’t return.

Kristin is the best! Efficient and friendly! Best customer service - can be in the middle of making an order and always has her eye on the door ensuring mobile orders are ready to go too! We always come after long game days and I always know our order will be made perfectly and quickly.

Worst customer service. First I was argued with about the payment of my order. I was told multiple times I owed money even though I paid in full. The current manger told me it was "not her problem" when I asked a question concerning my catering order and how it was prepared. Would avoid them at all cost! Will not return until there is a change in management.

Got a club sub and now have been throwing up for 2 days. Definitely food poisoning. Disappointed because I’ve had this place multiple times. But never again.
