Went in wanting some home style southern cooking! Got the goods handed to us, smelled so good. We opened and smelled the seasoning before we even seen it. The food was not dry either!! Let me tell you, everything was MOUTH WATERING! Wanting more! The service was top tier! 10/10 would come back again!

I ordered the chopped steak, cornbread dressing and mash potatoes with gravy. The mashed potatoes was sweet like sugar was added... really ti mash potatoes, the cornbread dressing hard way to much sage in it which would explain the color, the chopped steak with onions and gravy was boosting. Now I would order that again. But suggesting they need help with the other sides

This was my first time coming here. I ordered inside and took my food home. Ambiance: 5/10…it’s a little dark and dated…it’s not very inviting, I would never want to dine-in here Customer service: 9/10, no complaints, but the wait to place my order was kind of long because the person taking to-go orders, were also running the food out to dine-in customers. I ordered: • Meatloaf…4/10 o No flavor, no seasoning o Good quality beef and large portion • black eyed peas…2/10 o salty, salty, salty o no flavor except salt o Cooked perfectly (not over cooked, not under cooked, just salty) • mac and cheese…7/10 o not much flavor o pasta overcooked o reheats well and is homemade from scratch, not boxed and • Country fried steak…8/10 o Huge chunk of good quality meat, they do not pound the cube stea

The general condition of the restaurant was 6/10. They changed the seating area so that the seating was all against the windows. The middle was cleared as if it was a dance floor. Looks like it was an Applebee's. The restroom was passable it was clean. 6/10. Service was great! 10/10. As soon as I came in I was greeted warmly and friendly. I was the first one in. When I returned from the restroom there were several other patrons. I was bit apprehensive until the food came. Order the three wing dinner. It was fresh and tasty! 10/10. Overall because of the food and service. I would give this place a 7.5/10.

First time and it was delicious. The food was great. No complaints.
