South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries

Tasty, and a good portion. I had The Bell Ringer (8inch). It was piping hot and hit the spot. My meal was probably the best value compared to any other option. It's a food court so let's give the service and atmosphere a pass.

The food wasn't good. There's no cheese on it. The bread wasn't warm. Too expensive for some cheap style. I don't recommend this sandwich. Too expensive for something not worth the money The table are not clean. Hopefully they will make you sandwiche warm not like my sandwich. They need to be more consistent y put more love on the food.

I should have trusted the other comments posted by other insightful visitors. The steak was actually thin sliced beef, instead of beef strips, and with french fries underneath taking up the grease. Besides, the dish was put inside a bowl from the nearby restaurant, which made me laugh. I have no further comments...

I’m giving it a Three, They messed up my order -For management (1260) . I was told by the manager they were going to redo my whole order three large subs two fries and a drink, They apologized for their mistake and i said it was okay. I come back today to pick up and the same lady that took my order there first was there, First of all let me start off by saying horrible attitude. if you don’t like dealing with your mistakes please don’t work in costumer service, Secondly i ask for them to remake the whole order she says “But the only thing that was wrong was the subs” Does your management not communicate with their team? I assume so because she knew where i was coming from and she said she remembered, I come here for lunch because it’s good but the service is horrible The only person that

The balboa is my favorite here! The service is fast and friendly, your food is always hot and fresh. Have the loaded fries with you cheesesteak and you are set!
