I was harassed for months by “Officer” Stephanie Hrusco about the hilariously biased and discriminatory 365 day a year odd/even parking ordinance because my house was the only house on my street that did not have a driveway. She gave me multiple parking tickets even though I was never blocking traffic, but was still parked illegally according to this terrible ordinance. I took her to court and she bragged to me and the judge that she was “Top in the department for issuing this violation.” (Which the judge laughed at her for). She had spreadsheets of all the people in the community that she has ticketed and showed it off. I paid my ticket, and she then targeted me for months, giving me tickets as much as possible until I had to start driving through my yard to park just to avoid her. I watc

No point in asking them they just lie to you anyways…

begged for mercy when I strongly suggested that I believed an officer was drunk, and out of control. And a fine bunch they are. I believe that a police chief for South Beloit Police was fired for threatening to kill a black guy having sex with his white daughter. The great and honorable Sargent Brad McCaslin being a South Beloit Police Officer, and convicted felon, perhaps not at the same time: and the Marlboro smell of these hero’s: Unemployable, unlikeable, and completely satisfied with their $32k a year job. I would advise the South Beloit Police to determine if the dysfunction and failure of their life is a better solution than finding God and working for Walmart, but then money is the same, but the eventual embarrassment is free for these hero police. Reported my sexual assault to them. They called my abuser and warned him to get rid of the evidence (I found that out 2 weeks later, by calling them and asking what was going on) then never contacted me again.

They were very gentle when handcuffing me. Also the backseat of the squad I was in was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!
