The community is so lucky to have SouLao’d Kitchen in our Western Massachusetts neighborhood. The southeast Asian flavor range always comes with variety. In light and fragrant rice dishes to bold, spicy papaya salad. I am Hmong American and when I miss southeast asian home cooked meals. I know I can count on SouLao’d Kitchen! Not only is the food phenomenal, delicious, and authentically Lao. The Asian American and Pacific Islander Commission of Massachusetts has been a proud supporter and partner with SouLao’d Kitchen and the owner Lena! Lena has created a cozy and welcoming environment. I absolutely love Soulao'd Kitchen! The owner and her mother are such wonderful people-every time I come in, they make me feel right at home. This place is truly a hidden gem in Springfield. The food is always flavorful and amazing, and the establishment is spotless. "Mom," who does the cooking, has the best collection of plants—l love admiring them every time I visit! They're always giving back to the community and spreading nothing but good energy. If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out. I definitely recommend stopping by, and I'Il absolutely be returning!

Parking rt up front. Very welcoming into the restaurant. Restaurant owners are friendly. I was greeted with tea, first time ever trying it and it was good. I had beef pho and it was delicious very nicely made light enough not overpowered flavoring. On the side fried chicken spring rolls and they were amazing I had to grab another order order to go. The restaurant was very authentic/traditional it was an amazing experience and awesome to listen to the music. I would definitely return and order again. It was all great! Y'all should try it. You won't be disappointed.

Was just scrolling on google for what to eat in Springfield when came across this restaurant. My family didn’t have high expectations for this restaurant since it’s tiny and hard to spot out. To our surprise, EVERY SINGLE DISHES were so gooddd and authentic that it blows our minds. We are plenty of Laotian food in Lowell, Boston, etc but this place hands down have the best recipe and friendly service! You do have to be patience as there is only 1 cook and 1 server. But I promise you the wait is worth it. Make sure to check there Lao’s spicy dipping paste which they sell on the counter, you would not regret! Watch out for the HEAT! overall, I would really recommend this place and will definitely keep coming back here!

My partner and I ordered the spring rolls and beef pho. The peanut sauce was okay.. though a bit thin. Unfortunately, we found a long hair in the bean sprouts and another small one in the pho. Slightly disappointed.
