Springfield City Library: Sixteen Acres Branch

Great staff anytime you need help they're there for you ☺️☺️☺️

This library was remodeled some years ago and the renovations made it very inviting, comfortable and well organized. Staff is great at helping you find what you need, but leaves you alone when you reading. Like most libraries it is very quick, but they do have programs for kids (little noisier at those moments) but not unbearable at all... especially when it's your kids...

This is a great place to go and do several activities such as crocheting 🧶 and many other activities, most people think the library is just for reading and taking your book of choice home, not so. Each library has their own set of activities, so go get your library card and enjoy your time with others.

This library is so inviting and has a great space for children's activities and playgroups. It's easy to find and it has ample parking. They are partnered with home city family which is a great program for kids! Check out the library website for places and times but this branch has a 0 to 5 year old group from 1:30 to 2:30 on Tuesdays.

This library is medium sized and very comfortable. All the librarians will gladly help you out with whatever you need done. Every week they have events.and club meetings of all types, for both children and adults! You will love this library.
