Sorry Not Sorry Creamery - Flamingo

With its unique and unparalleled flavor combinations, this is definitely not your average ice-cream shop. It’s a very trendy creamery that offers cutesy decor with a chill and casual atmosphere. As soon as we walked in, we were instantly greeted, offered free samples, and their customer service went over and beyond. Their menu offers a variety of classic and seasonal flavors with vegan/gluten free options. The samples really helped solidify the flavors I was going to choose for my scoops. My husband ordered a double scoop of the Cream Cheese Cinnamon Bun and I ordered a double scoop of the Ube Honeycomb and the Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble. Fantastic staff, very nice and quick to serve. Store was clean. I ordered the special flavor cherry amaretto chip. I'm very disappointed but it was $13 for a pint so I will suffer through it. I usually have Haagen Dazs Vanilla chocolate chip weekly. I chose to try SNSC today because HD wasn't on sale. Albertsons usually has them for under $5 2x a month maximum 4 per shopping trip if you clip the mobile coupon. I will never deviate from HD again. I tried to support a local store and now I don't have a delicious NYE dessert. Sucks :((

Short line was nice, probably because it was so cold but it’s never too cold for ice cream. Flavors were delicious and beyond creamy, kids were happy. We were a little sad they were out of the fresh waffle cones but we will be back to try.

A perfect experience. It was the day we were getting ready to leave Vegas, and we decided to try their ice cream. The staff was wonderful — they handled all seven of us at once with great service. I chose two seasonal flavors: pineapple and strawberry shortcake. Both had a great texture and were absolutely delicious. One bite led to another — I just couldn’t stop!

We got 4 flights to try out most of the flavors. Pretty much all of them were great! The waffles that came with them were delicious as well. I was even impressed that I liked the Snickerdoodle vegan flavor as much as I did, despite being a little hesitant to try it since I typically like my ice cream made from its usual dairy ingredients. Service was friendly and accommodating. I just wish there had been indoor wheelchair accessible seating. There were some standing counter tables only so we had to sit outside in the cold because one of our family members uses a wheelchair.
