Sophia’s Mexican Food

This place has really good breakfast burritos. They made my burrito to order, the eggs were cooked to perfection, as was the potatoes. I don’t like it when breakfast burritos have too much potatoes, but there was a perfect amount. It’s a good pitstop if you’re going to South Platte River to fish.

The delicious hard shell tacos with ground beef, piled high with lettuce, cheese and ripe diced tomatoes were awesome! And the french fries? Perfectly cooked and crispy. Thank you Sophia and team!

Amazing food and excellent customer service! I got a breakfast burrito with chorizo sausage and it was delicious. The man and woman who run the truck are the sweetest. My only comment is the flour tortillas are a little too small to wrap the entire burrito, making it messy.

Sophia’s is amazing! Hands down, best breakfast burrito you’ll find in this area. The service is top notch. You feel like family when you visit. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re passing through Pine Junction.
