Excellent breads and pastries. You can taste the care and quality that goes into all of Mel's products. All the more impressive that she's able to get such good, consistent results at 8,000 above sea level. It's quality you can trust.
Superb sourdough bread. I ate one slice when I got home, then another and another ... I had to put it out of sight or I'd have eaten it all before my wife even had a chance at it. It was gone in 24 hours. So good with roast beef and swiss or just with butter. Try it, you'll love it
I'm from Poland and it is really not that easy to meet my standards in terms of bread, however this little bakery gave me even more than I wanted. I'm in love and I will visit this place as many times as I will be around!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!! And owners are so so so nice, we need more little places like this! <3
