Sopapilla Express

They will NOT fix thier mistakes. We've been coming here for years and never had a issue. We order the same thing everytime. We told the "Manager" who took our order that we wanted Beef Nachos with cheese and we got Chips and cheese. Got home and called. The manager said we did not tell her we wanted beef which is NOT true. She told me to bring the food back and she would add beef to the Nachos and charge me for beef. 😲 Are u serious???? Who is running this place. So my 12.50 just went in the trash. Get it together

This place is definitely not a customer oriented place. We ordered our food and my husband forgot to say beef and when he realized it he asked if it was too late to put it on. The one that took our order went back and told the cooks and they must of had an attitude or something because they tore it open and it came out all the up and not sealed and everything out of it. They wouldn't refund our money or offer another meal.

Really a great sopapilla.. but, When we order using the online feature our orders are usually prepared wrong, if we order smother in cheese we get smothered in queso, so we call our orders in now. The picture shown is without queso.. the way we like them.

THEY WILL NOT RECTIFY THEIR ERRORS!!! Look at the reviews over the last few months. I ordered chips and queso and I literally got 9 chips... 9!!! When I called about it I was told I could drive back there and get more chips OR just be credited for a side of chips because I already got the queso. How about the part where I HAD NEXT TO NO CHIPS TO EAT IT THE QUESO WITH!! The sopapilla I ordered was fine, but if they messed that up and just made it with chicken and forgot the cheese are they just gonna offer me a side of cheese since I already got the chicken!? Ridiculous!!

Place is old looking needs cleaned up a little maybe some fresh paint 🫟🎨 would do it? But the food was great 👍👍
