First time. Great place, Great location. The shop has its own entrance from the outside. There is also another entrance inside the arcade. There is one step to enter ( they have a movable ramp to accommodate a walker or wheelchair). They have local coffee, local honey used for their drinks. They can be hot or cold. They have many flavors on the menu to choose from. Or feeling unique, you can make your own flavor. They have muffins, pastries while supplies last. They also have fresh sandwiches what are make every 2 days, Great for a quick bite. They have a small artisans section of local crafts, shirts, decor avaliable. The Arcade is such a beautiful place to window shop, and doing it with one of their fresh brews in hand makes the whole experience even better. A massive shout-out to Jade—she is absolutely incredible! She is always so helpful and has an uncanny ability to know exactly what I’m looking for and what I’m in the mood for before I even say a word. It’s that kind of intuitive, personalized service that makes this place a standout. Allisha is incredible! The coffee is consistently fantastic, but what really sets the place apart is the customer care. Allisha is friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome every time you walk in. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and it shows in every cup. My favorite coffee place! Conveniently located in the beautiful renovated Arcade in Downtown Newark. Friendly staff and literally the best tasting coffee around along with the best lotus energy drinks! The perfect way to start your day!!!
