Sonora Swimming Pool

Our family was invited to a pool party this past weekend (6/8/19). We all really enjoyed tge pool but there was one life guard that seemed to just be eyeing my 9 year old granddaughter. This lifeguard would blow her whistle for anything my granddaughter would do. I was about ready to ho up and ask her what her problem was but was held back. Kids just want to have fun!

Very nice pool but the hours should be expanded. Open until 8 pm would be nice so parents could take their kids after work. Lounge chairs would also be a nice addition.

Admission is $3 😕 which makes it less than family friendly. I asked City Hall if there times set aside to swim. laps or exercise. I was told No. She said I would need to use the Health facility's pool (indoor) & said that monthly memberships were available.

Fun public pool with 12 ft deep end with diving board and water slide. All the kids were having a lot of fun. Only 2 dollars each to get in.

Closed at 4pm on a Friday. Super clean looking.
