Sonic Drive-In

The carhop had a stank attitude, we ordered groovy fries and didn’t get any sauce, and I ordered (and paid for) a master shake and received a regular one. Spin around and go to McDonald’s instead.

Now, the Winona Sonic is close to the top of the list on food, timely service, correct orders, and genuine hospitality. It's probably my favorite Sonic to eat at. Awesome that the new owners revived it from absolutely nothing and only open when they felt opening, to a Sonic of great food and scheduled business hours. To the new owners, Thanks. Well, the Sonic is slowly but surely becoming the Sonic of the old days. First of all, this has been happening the last several months or so. Sometimes it's so easy to tell that the employee who is taking the order is really distracted by the other employees within the building. Becoming so distracted they have a hard time taking your order and getting it right. My last 8 out of 10 visits at night have been disappointing, I must say. Lunch has

Food is good. Carhop was nice. My only problem with sonic right now is that I wish they would put a sign or cone to let you know which stalls are not working.

The way the owner (Ray Winstead) treats the staff is horrible. The worst I HAVE EVER SEEN! The professionalism is completely absent.

I used to love the steak sandwich but not after tonight. It was dry and they failed to put any mayo on it. The fries were hot on top and cold as heck on the bottom. People just serve anything nowadays thats not even worth it. 1/10 and thats because the drink was good.
