McDonald's

I got home from this establishment, ready to eat, only to realize my sandwich was not fully cooked

This is the first time I visit this McDonald's. I visited it twice today, one in the morning for my coffee and then I went back to pickup lunch through the drive thru. Im just going to say this is the nicest, most attentive McDonald's staff I've experienced in quite a while. The gentleman that gave me my coffee in the morning was very respectful and nice, a true gentleman. When I went the second time for my lunch, the ladies in the drive thru were really nice too, asking me if that was all for me after I gave my mobile code, I mean, who does this anymore?! 👏 made my day 1000 times better! Thank you guys 😁

Let me tell you about my experience with this particular McDonald's.Im new to Mississippi And I'm in the process of changing everything over my credit cards and everything, and I don't know how to work, my Google wallet like a dummy. But anyway, the people in this McDonald's bought my dinner for me and tried to help me with my Google wallet. This place is awesome and friendly. Make me feel welcome to Mississippi. Got almost all our food in 5ish minutes, then waited 20 minutes for 2 pies. The nuggets were bad the fries ice cold. The burgers weren't terrible but way to much mayo. Its kinda hard to mess up a McDonald's burger but they sure tried. Felt like I threw my time and money away.

Service is terrible here! When your trying to place an order, employees are always standing around talking to each other. They take Forever to bag the orders to go ! Management needs training as well as the employees in Customer service and being more sanitary around the food when they are preparing it. Employees need to wash their hands and change their gloves when they are handling garbage, going outside with gloves on ? Coming back inside around food? This place should be closed!!!
