⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After nearly 20 years since my last Sonic visit, Sonic Westwego has reminded me why this classic fast-food chain remains a favorite. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this location prioritizes impeccable service and high-quality food, elevating what could have been a simple meal into a truly memorable dining experience. Our server, Michelle (apologies if I didn’t pronounce your name correctly), was an absolute standout. Due to a minor issue with the speaker system, she personally came out to take our order. When we asked if she wanted something to write it down, she confidently replied, “No, I’ll remember it!” Her warm, professional demeanor and friendly chatter instantly made us feel welcome, turning a small hiccup into a charming interaction. I said to myself this was the last time, the last 3 times I have given Sonic a chance to redeem themselves. But disappointed yet again. And I can’t be totally mad at them cause they just got it all wrong and the receipt only proves that they just can’t understand. I would say that I have to lay some blame on myself because I didn’t pay closer attention to the order. Maybe mobile order would have been a little better.

So, this is the second time this has happened to me at this specific location. Never had this issue at other locations. I ordered a footlong chili cheese Coney and a medium mozzarella sticks. Got the mozzarella sticks right, but this does not look like a chili cheese coney. These are chili cheese tots put in a footlong chili cheese Coney container.

This is my favorite sonic. The people are nice and the food is always good but tonight I got cheesy & chili tater tots and I barely got any. I just got a bunch of plain tater tots 😭😭😭 still love them though. Maybe a rough night x x

No complaints about Sonic. I do like more Mayo
