Sonic Drive-In

My husband and I stopped by after taking family pictures with our puppies to pick up our mobile order, and our car hop was so kind! She noticed our puppies in the back seat and brought us out a pup cup! So appreciative of kindness in our small town.

They just messed up every single bit of my order, from taking it wrong, to giving me the wrong food and drink after I had to re-do the order to correct the combo I wanted. Cheese tots, no chili cheese tots like I ordered (that's on my receipt) gave me a large dr pepper instead of the route 44 sweet tea I ordered. These bunch of dinner people are infuriating to work with. (Just looked at my burger, it's wrong too)

They gave us the wrong coffee flavor which would have been okay. BUT.... the ones they gave us tasted like dirty creek water

We were driving by from out of town and sonic is the only place my toddler will eat from as far as fast food. The place is run down and dirty looking. They marked my order as given to me and I waited an extra 5 minutes minimum for them to actually bring it out. All of the food given to us had some kind of issue. The burger I ordered I asked for no pickles which was very clear that they put on there and took off since the ENTIRE burger tasted like pickle juice. My husband ended up eating it and gave me his food and he said it was hard to eat because of the strong taste of pickles. I also asked for mayo on it and I opened the burger and the mayo was smeared all over the outside of the burger. Literally messes up our order every time we try and stop on our road trips. First couple of times we let it slide but there are literal computers telling you what we order. Slow down and read.
