Sonic Drive-In

I went to the drive thru….. the one where we park our car……. And the lady who took my order was very helpful and the lady who bought it to my car was good and helped with extra kethup packets … overall service was awesome …… BUT BUT BUT food was terrible….. seems like it’s been atleast a month since the OlL was cleaned or changes in fryers …… my fries tastes like they were fried in crude oil ..I did also ordered a fish sandwich its was average ….

I wouldn't go here after 10 PM. You can't order online, you'll be waiting 5+ minutes for any service, and you'll be forced to pay with cash without warning. We were waiting for 20 minutes before they canceled our order. Food's pretty good for the price

This location has it down and they know what they are doing. Hands down the best Sonic that we have ever had. 5 stars. The Triple Smash Burger was everything and more. Culver's, Freddies, Steak N' Shake can't hold a candle to it.

We waited 15 minutes to order so I ended up placing a mobile order and they brought it out fast but it was wrong. Not even close to the drinks we ordered. I don’t know why every sonic is so chaotic but they need to get a better system going ASAP!

Don't go to the Sonic in Troy Alabama unless you want TERRIBLE service and product (see my pictures). I went to the Sonic in Troy Alabama at 1150 US Hwy S 231, Troy, Alabama, and ordered two of the biggest strawberry limeaid  drinks with extra strawberry along with two other drinks. When I pulled out of the parking lot and took a sip of the drink, it was awful. Not only did it not have enough strawberry juice to turn the ice totally pink, but it did NOT have any limeaid!!! It was just all ice!!! Furthermore, I had asked for very little ice in one of the other drinks, and it was full almost to the brim with ice. I had stood in traffic for 15 minutes getting to the Sonic and with the construction on 231 I had to drive 2 miles or so to even turn around and the traffic going back was even
