Sonic Drive-In

I’ve ordered the same thing at many second across the United States and this is the saddest sasuage burrito I’ve ever seen. 4 pieces of sausage total on burrito. They also didn’t put any salt / ketchup / napkins or other condiments as requested in bag.

I ordered a double smasher with lettuce, I went home and sat down to eat with my son to find this…. Before this, it was a large piece of plastic in my burger and me with pain in my teeth.

It never fails. Every time I go to the Springtown sonic I push the button, wait, others are getting their orders taken, my active button stops saying active and says push button to start over and over again. It's never simple like it is for others. I sit waiting, I move to other stalls, same thing. At this point it's as though I'm being silently banned from ordering. I'll never visit the Springtown sonic again.

Worst drive thru ever! Intercom never works. You’ll be sitting at the speaker for 15 minutes until you either get mad and speed off or until they realized that someone is sitting and waiting…plus they didn’t say sorry or offer a free drink coupon or anything… Sonic needs to get with it. It is 2026 and they need a better Drive thru intercom system.

My husband Ordered a BLT with extra bacon and got only 3 slices. Also got a small chili cheese cony and I wouldn’t eat it because the weenie tased funny. We will not return.
