Sonic Drive-In

My shake had a gaping crater in it for some reason it was like something had like suctioned a whole cavity of my shake out of it before it was handed to me as you can see in the picture and then my daughter's chocolate shake had the saddest excuse for whipped cream on it. What's the woman that took our order was extremely rude and very short with us acting as if we worked here in New the menu for like the back of our hand and was just pretty impatient with us and kind of sounded like she was almost irritated for having to have taken our order

i like getting drinks here because i can customize them for low calorie/large amount. the past FOUR times i have ordered for extra strawberries in my drink and every time i get my drink with zero strawberries. yall making me pay an extra 1.20 for a damn strawberry and you don’t even put it in the drink😭😭😭

I love sonic and dined frequently in other states after going to 'splash ' with my boys it was to easy to take the Mohawk exit for a good old sonic feed. Food was great service was friendly and accommodating. I spent about $ 45 which included large meals for three and milk shakes for two . I will be back for sure.

I ordered a junior burger with mayo, pickles, onion & tomato. No cheese! They had to make it 3 time in order to get it right. First 2x they put cheese in it. Also ordered an American Hot Dog with mustard, relish & onions. Can’t even tell you how long that took to get it right! I didn’t even mention the fries were cold!! I was charge $18.00 for this and wasted 30 minutes. Won’t be going back to this place!!! I really liked Sonic!!

Food is good, environment is disgusting. I understand understaffing. Especially these days, but maybe consider outsourcing a janitorial service? This bathroom had clearly not been attended to for a least a couple days. Someone urinated in the drainage area, the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Just gross. Makes me wonder how bad the inside cooking area looks, as customers can’t dine in to check it out for themselves. Gross is an understatement
