Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Went in all the the flavors were running did even hold shape in the cup. The chocolate shell and peanut butter wouldn't come out. The guy the counter said it's probably needs to warm up. It's 3pm. I quietly complained the yogurts were runny. He said it it's slow. I asked if it was his job to make sure they are running right, his reply was no. So I asked what his job was then and he said to manage the place. I said do better as I finished paying as soon as the payment went through he told us to never come back in. Never had this happen here before but guess I never will again.

Ty is very nice and so good at his job. The strawberries always fresh.
