Sonic Drive-In

I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. The entire facility is falling apart, the dining room is always closed, the staff could care less about the business and or quality of food. This placed should be torn down. I honestly don’t recommend anyone coming to this place. I’m from down south and have never seen a sonic in this state of nastiness

I'm coming from Hartford CT and when I do I'm always sure to place an order online. I check in when I arrive and within 5 minutes they bring it out to you fresh hot and perfectly made just the way you ordered it! They bring out extra sauces just in case you need them which I always need their honey mustard for the fries that are by far the best fries around! I've never once went to Sonic on Boston Rd in Springfield Ma and was dissatisfied! This place is awesome! Try it out for yourself you'll see.

William is the most amazing employee at any fast food restaurant I've ever been to! He really goes above and beyond to make customers happy! Seriously, give the man a raise, or at least some acknowledgement please. Thanks William , you're the best! 🤩

Held at rhe speaker for 11 minutes, tild to wait another cars pulls up to the other side and itder is taken, when i spoke up to ask why i was told it diesnt matter all orders will be taken and to be patient. After 15 monutes i drove off. Nothing like the sonics across the country. No eonder this one is failing. Hire better staff and fire the ones you have

Where to begin... service took a very long time. Half the food was cold, other half over cooked. Missing items. Over priced and pricing was incorrect between the menu to what showed on the receipt. Flavor was off... onion rings tasted like cinnamon. Employee was vaping in the window while bagging food. Overall not a good experience.
