Sonic Drive-In

So I go to Sonic everyday for a burrito it's usually good except on Saturday and Sunday I actually asked him to clean the grill before cooking my egg they say no problem we'll clean the grill see the photo below I have all these food allergies and can't have meat so I usually get a plain egg burrito I called back the man said they can't do it but all week long they do it just fine I only have troubles on the weekend

My Girlfriend and I were at the Sonic Drive-In in Rockwood, TN. I did not even realize it was there for a while, I am not from this area but we went there. It is interesting because the Sonic sits on a Hillside that was not immediately noticeable but I love the location and the layout as well. It seemed like they had ordering Bays for miles but it was not miles per say. They do have a lot of Ordering Bays for sure. The quality of the food was great. The clean of the parking lots and outside dining area was very good. The Clarity of the ordering Menus in the Bays and in the outside Dining Area was very good as well. The next time I am down that way, I will be stopping for another Slushy. I have been there a couple of times thus far. Their restaurant is clean, plenty of parking, Wheelchair a

Really ! I ordered a cheese burger with no lettuce I get home, after opening it up, I have a plain hamburger. I called the store and the manager on duty, David says Oh so you wanted a cheese burger just without lettuce. Seriously, is it that complicated. My server on the other hand, was super sweet and helpful. Sorry I didn't catch her name. I see comments on Facebook all the time about how unhappy people are with the food out of this store. Absolutely ridiculous !

I ordered on the app and after they left my order of groovy fries out i saw that at restaurant and the car hop replaced the tots for the groovy fries i get home and my cheese burger still had tomatoes on it and after biting down into it and getting tomatoes along with a cool burger that whole meal wasn't worth eating. I usually stick to hot dogs or corn dogs cause they for the most part can't mess that up.

Finally!!! The sonic we all have been waiting for, shakes were awesome, smash burger definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had at sonic, the cheese sticks were so juicy! And let’s not forget the amazing Chocolate cake filled with ice cream, not a big Chocolate fan but it was perfect not to overpowering! Best Location in East TN hands down!! It is in new Management/Owner and you can definitely see and taste the difference! Keep it up!
