Domino's Pizza

Edit: I got an XL instead of the hand tossed I ordered. Brandon the GM was apologetic refunded my payment and made me the right pizza personally. It was the best pizza I've had yet. Even when they messed up, they still made it right. So...My local Domino's STILL hasn't let me down. The new stuffed crust is the best in the business. I don't order pizza that often, but when I do, it's usually from Domino's. These guys always take good care of me. The staff pays attention to my request for extra sauce and always has a friendly welcome to Domino's when I pick up. The store and staff have always looked neat and clean.

The absolute worse Dominos experience we have ever had we placed our order at 7:52 pm and got it cold and boxes open at 9:57 pm after 3 calls and many different stories as to why it was taking so long . we heated it up in the microwave and finally got to eat our $40 dinner for 2 ☹️

I have NEVER had such a terrible experience with a food establishment . We ordered a pizza & were left waiting for an hour past when it was supposed to to be ready. One could clearly understand frustration at this point . After multiple trips through the drive through & inside we were finally told our order was dropped & they had to make other pizzas. We said well might as well have cancelled or At least let us know. She said 5 more minutes , came back in 15 minutes later to be told she just cancelled it. Then told another 20 minutes for our order. They need to just pack up & go back to Harriman cause it’s not serving rockwood any good. I’ve seen 3 posts on social media this week about this place being awful !! Take your money to a local shop & save yourself the trouble !

The District manager is about a joke, the food is good I've had it delivered more than 10s if not 20s of times. It's always the same driver Anthony Douglas, he is a good dude. Place is ran like a Circus the turnover rate is INSANE a new face every single time I go in there everyone always looks so.. dismal. The pizza is good though.

The way these people treat people and mess up orders is sad. The crew that was working tonight should be fired immediately. The female with glasses and curly blonde hair has to be eating people’s pizzas resulting in it being made twice ! I saw a post from a family member and how she was treated them and I had to let you all know it is terrible and so wrong. Will continue to share the posts about the negative feedback from this establishment to save as many customers as I can from wasting a dime as well as making sure corporate is called !
