Sonic Drive-In

You lost my business. As everyone knows, I come to Sonic twice a day to get drinks. Sometimes food. And have for quite some time. It's obvious in the last while that, those who prepare drinks have not been given proper training. If I ask for regular ice it melts within 15 minutes and the drink is ruined having no ice. If I ask for extra ice, it's filled to the top and you might get a few sips before it's gone. When I say no fruit- there's fruit. They can't seem to get it right. When I asked the person who last served us about it, he seemed irritated and said, "We tell the drink prep people but they don't listen". And seemed irritated that I'd even question it. What? Kid? Ordered a large cheddar peppers and got mozzarella cheese sticks the French fries were so salty they were almost toxic 🤬

Stopped to get ice cream pushed call button and waited. After 5 min the call button went off. I pushed it again and it lit back up. Waited for another 3 minutes and looked to see how busy they were and there were not to many cars there. Finally the girl came on and wanted to take my order. I asked are you real busy because I didn't want to wait 15 minutes to get my order. The girl was pretty rude and I told her I didn't want anything now

I was having a really bad day decided to go get a slush and some hot snacks the food was awesome but the car hop was so friendly and kind it turned my whole day around we were in stall 9 I wish I asked her what her name was but she was a big blessing today
