Sonic Drive-In

Never had an order correct here. Got a blast for my wife and there were zero toppings mixed in. When asked to correct the issue, I was told “they are all at the bottom.” When I dug through the ice cream to show the employee that they were in fact not in the blast at all, I was told “I promise they’re in there.” Well, I promise I’m never coming back here.

Ordered a small shake (only). The order on my screen was about half a dozen unrelated items, totalling over $17. Not a word from the speaker. Then it changes and I see my order. Huh? Fortunately I was charged the correct amount, but how does someone else's order end up on my screen? The shake is brought out, no napkin, no spoon, no bag and there's chocolate syrup smeared on the outside of the cup. I ask for a spoon and napkin and he brings then back out. What's the deal with often not including napkins and such? I don't think there's much consideration that the food is being eaten inside a vehicle and it would be nice to avoid a mess. Every time I come to this location I remember why I stopped coming here.

Ordered a meal and then afterwards I saw it was supposed to be on sale. I asked the lady when she brought me my food about it. She then told me that it wasn't her job to know the specials. I have to ask for them. She just ordered what I asked for.

Ordered a Mini M&M Blast for myself, An a Toffee Blast for my husband. Instead yall mixed both orders with M&M an Toffee. He doesn't like M&M an I dont like Toffee. Then my cup had a puncture on the side. What a wasted trip. This was Sat Oct 25,2025

Definitely not the award winning location. On average of about 36 times a year when ordering here I’d say the order is wrong or missing items 60% of the time. When correcting something they never fix it “on the fly” they put you back into the wait line… because yeah, it makes sense to make someone wait another 15 minutes because you forgot something. Also, adding a photo from this morning of a supersonic burrito. Please notice the teaspoon amount of sausage for $5. McDonald’s $2 burrito has twice the amount. The location isn’t gross though and is pretty clean. Also, have never had a food quality issue either so that’s a big plus.
