Sonic Drive-In

To have to wait for over 15 minutes from time to order before I said anything and almost 7 minutes after the screen said it was on its way that I was able to finally get a bag of ice that the bottom was already melted and a Jr double cheeseburger to finally in all 20 minutes for my order. Carhop blamed they had to cook the meat. Meat doesn't take that long to cook. And to top if off my cheeseburger tasted like they reheated it in a microwave 🤢

good food but they got my order wrong a few times and forgot a few things multiple times. not a big problem but something they can work on, food still good

It was 8:20pm and there were two workers in the back ignoring all customers who were in their spots trying to order. Sat there for 15 minutes with the button pressed. Everyone left because no one would take their order. You can see the two workers hiding in the back. They had their phones and earbuds on.

Ordered 2 blasts and a PB milkshake with bacon. While placing my order the attendant would speak over me. When order was brought to the vehicle I noticed one of the blast had the wrong topping and the attendant came out and remade item with a visible attitude. It was then noticed that the milkshake had a topping in a side container instead of blended into the shake. I asked attendant and he stated that he was very busy and I would have to put it in the shake myself and walked back inside. Pushed the button to try to have issue corrected and no one responded. This is horrible customer service. $18 for 3/3 items made incorrectly.

They got my husband's burger wrong and a girl with green hair came out to get the information on the one he ordered.....30 minutes later we still never received the burger! The girl walked past us numerous times but never came back! Was supposed to have a double bacon cheeseburger but instead received a single patty with cheese and a ton of mayo!
