Sonic Drive-In

The presentation of the building is very beautiful. I had to wait 45 minutes to receive my food. When I receive my food my food was burnt and over cooked. I couldn’t eat the food. I had to throw away the food because it tasted burnt. I wasted my money and then I had to go purchase me some more food from another restaurant. This was bad service all the way around. I do not recommend this restaurant.

i've ordered from here twice at night, the first time i ordered chicken tenders and they were old!! Last night i got this "dirty doctor pepper " and this is what i got... HORRIBLE!!

This establishment has went down. This morning I purchased a Bacon toaster combo. This comes with cheese... I get home.. NO cheese... I was the only car in drive thru... matter of fact the car in a pretty much empty parking lot. I called back and spoke with a nice young who said my sandwich over. The fact still remains the employees were playing as I watched from the drive thru. I know the majority of the fast food restaurants are staffed with young people due to adults not wanting to work.

Went to Newberry, SC Sonic order station. Hit the button, screen said it was activated and someone would be with us in a little bit. Over 10 minutes later no one asked for our order. They took an order to the car next to us so we figured they would ask but no such luck. We left and went to another fast food restaurant and got immediate service.

I came to Sonic today and had a really frustrating experience. Some white older women was taking our order. We placed our first order, and when we asked to do a second order right after finishing the first, the employee immediately said “no” without any explanation. We said “what” and she said “no” again. we asked why, and she finally said, “We aren’t doing two orders right now.” she was very rude.
