Sonic Drive-In

This location deserves to be shut down. Getting a burger that is cold enough to be considered refrigerated along with mush tater tots is less than pathetic. Not to mention arguing with me about whether or not I had already paid when I'm showing you the charge on my bank app. Will never return to any Sonic after this experience.

The burrito and coffee that I usually get for breakfast always cost $1.50 more at this location and employees don't know why. And just like the previous Sonic around the corner in Port neches, If you want coffee you're going to be waiting 20 minutes because they don't think ahead to brew coffee in the morning when people would want it. For some reason they also have the music playing so loud. You can't even hear the car hop speak or talk to people in your car to normal volume

Check your food before you leave for real. ALWAYS missing items that we paid for or something is wrong. ALWAYS. And you might as well yell into the mic, because they can't hear you and that's part of the problem

For years now, I had hoped it was just different staff or something that was the issue, but ordering a blast from here is just not a good idea. Knowing how they previously put little to nothing in my ice cream, I ordered 3 mix ins. I got maybe 1.5 and not even my baseline order. As much as I love paying $8 for a cup of soft serve, I think I’m done with Sonic. Also, their regular greasy food gives heart attacks, so enjoy! Thanks in advance for the cookie cutter escalation response Sonic.
